Milton R.Gleit (B.A., New York University '58, Phi Beta Kappa; J.D., Harvard University '61) is counsel to the firm practicing in the areas of general securities and corporate law, including the representation of underwriters, issuers, and broker-dealers in public and private offerings of securities, arbitration of securities and commercial matters, and the general business representation of commercial clients.
